• Rules Regarding Payment of Fee
    1. All fees are payable in advance or before the date mentioned on the slip i.e. 10th of the concerned month.
    2. A fine of Rs.20/- per day will be charged after the due date.
    3. Non-payment of the fee by the beginning of the subsequent month will lead to striking off the student’s name and a re-admission fee will be charged.
    4. Payment will be accepted in the school admin office either in cash or cheque. Cheque payment will be accepted by the 10th of the concerned month and thereafter ONLY CASH will be accepted. Outstation cheques will not be accepted. In case any cheque is dishonored penalty of Rs.1000/- will be charged along with the fee.
    5. If two or more siblings are studying then separate cheques should made for each ward. The name of the student, class/section & contact no, of the parent should be mentioned on the back side of the cheque.
    6. If the payment is deposited by the cheque, write cheque no., Bank name, and branch on every slip which is submitted by you.
    7. In case of change in residence/ bus route takes place, it should be reported to the admin office immediately along with an application, for necessary amendments.
    8. Full-year fee can be made in advance.
    9. The fee is to be paid quarterly. Parents can also request for monthly payment scheme.
    10. The fee for the last quarter has to be paid by Jan 10th.

    After the due date, the fee has to be paid in cash between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the school account office with the fine.

     

    Rules Concerning Withdrawals

    1. One clear calendar month’s notice is required in writing before the payment of the next quarterly fee or complete quarterly fee in lieu of such a notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
    2. In case of withdrawal after 31st August, the parent will have to clear the full-year fee. T.C. will be issued only after clearance of dues.
    3. Students can be asked to leave the school based on:
    • Indiscipline
    • Unsatisfactory progress in work.
    • Repeated detentions in a class.
    1. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.

     

    Late Arrivals

    1. The school gate will close sharply at 8:00/8:30 a.m. for classes Pre Nur-XII.
    2. Late arrivals will result in suspension from classes on that particular day and the child will be sent back home.
    3. Three consecutive late arrivals in a month will result in the student being marked absent.

     

    Rules Concerning Absence

    • No leave of absence is granted except on receipt of a PRIOR WRITTEN APPLICATION from parents or guardians and for possible reasons only.
    • Half a day’s leave will only be granted if a child is sick.
    • Absence uniformed for 5 consecutive days may result in the child’s name being struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of a fresh admission fee.
    • A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease must produce a doctor’s certificate permitting him/her to attend school. A student suffering from the following disease must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.
    • Chicken pox-till complete falling of scabs.
    • Cholera-till the child is completely well.
    • Measles- two weeks after the rash disappears.
    • Mumps till the swelling has gone i.e., about a month.
    • Whooping cough – 6 weeks.
    • Jaundice – 6 weeks after recovery.
    • No medically unfit child will be allowed to take the class test or examination.
    • All students are expected to attend school on the opening day after each vacation. Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate before they are admitted to the class.
    • The students must complete 80% of their attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their final examination. The percentage, however, could be relaxed on medical grounds.

     

    Transport Guidelines

    1. Students can avail of the school transport arrangements but bus routes cannot be altered to suit individual convenience.
    2. In case of emergency, parents may take their ward from the school personally after submitting an application and obtaining permission from the Principal.
    3. Students using bus facilities are required to follow the instructions of their bus in charge.
    4. Students are not permitted to travel by any other bus except the one allotted to them. Prior permission is to be obtained from the Principal/Bus charge in an emergency.
    5. Attendance of all bus users shall be taken every day in the morning and afternoon
    6. Each bus user is expected to board/get down from the school bus only at his/her regular stop.
    7. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards are escorted to and from the bus stops.
    8. For any kind of assistance/clarification related to the school transport system, kindly contact the school.
    9. Students are not allowed to come in self-driven vehicles.
    10. All gates for entry to students shall close at 8:00/8:30 a.m. sharp.

     

    Parents To Please Note The Bus Rules

    1. Parents are to pay transportation charges for every Quarter with a tuition Fee, applicable for the session, Transport fee depends on fuel prices and may vary in accordance.
    2. It would be the parent’s responsibility to drop their child off 10 minutes before bus arrival time at the specified bus stop and be there to receive them if the residence is far from the bus stop.
    3. The bus routes and decisions regarding bus stops in the privilege given to your child and he/she can’t claim it as a matter of right. The school management reserves the right to render this facility at its sole discretion.
    4. Any grievance regarding bus service and the behavior of the bus driver or the helper should be reported to the Transport in charge. Parents are requested to refrain from breaking into any argument with the staff of the school on the bus route.
    5. Indiscipline and violation of rules will automatically disqualify your child from availing transport service.
    6. Students will be held responsible for any damage to the buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
    7. No damage should be caused to the vehicle. If detected, the student responsible for causing such damage will pay for the repairs.
    8. Even if the child avails one-way transport facility, there will be no concession or adjustment in the bus transport facility.
    9. The bus facility is extended to your ward at your own risk and responsibility.
    10. Class 12 students, those who are using school transport can’t withdraw their name in January. They have to pay the full transport fee for the last quarter.

    3. They should be truthful, come what may.

    6. They should avoid vulgarity in talk and behavior.
    7. They should always be amiable in and out of the school.
    8. They should take pride in wearing their school uniform.
    9. They should respect the freedom and the rights of others.
    10. They should take good care of their health and be robust.
    11. They should stand attentively and wish when any teacher/visitor comes to talk to them.
    12. Through their conduct, they should earn name, fame, and glory for their family, school, and nation.
    13. They should never hesitate to say “No’ when asked or tempted to do anything wrong.
    14. They should look upon people from all parts of the world as their brethren irrespective of their colour and creed.
    15. They should respect the beauty of the classroom and the school premises and report any damage they may observe.
    16. They should accept and complete whatever work is assigned to them as their rightful share.
    17. They must face difficulties courageously.
    18. They should never be cruel. They must know that cruelty is the trait of a buily whereas kindness is the mark of a gentleman and a lady.
    19. Instead of lamenting or cribbing about the evils of the world, they must try to contribute their share in making it a better place to live in.
    20. At home, they should always be ready to lend a helping hand to their parents, brothers, and sisters, in school to teachers, companions, and any unattended visitor they happen to see on the school premises.

     

    Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Measures

    1. Punctuality is essential at all times. Students who frequently come late in the morning will be sent back home.
    2. Fancy items should not be brought to the school.
    3. The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of student’s books, stationery, pens, money, etc. Each student is responsible for his/her belongings.
    4. The lost and found unit will keep all the lost and unclaimed property, found on the school premises.
    5. For students carrying packed lunches, parents are requested to send nutritious & healthy food with napkins to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
    6. Silence must be observed during class hours when moving from one class to another.
    7. Use of cell phones or other electronic gadgets is prohibited on the school premises. Cell phones will be confiscated if found in the possession of a student. Students are expected and required to keep the school clean and respect school property. The cost of any intentional damage caused to the school property will be paid by the parents.
    8. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited on school premises.
    9. Students availing school transport facilities are expected to be well-behaved and courteous on the bus. Anyone found misbehaving will be debarred from using the bus facility.
    10. It is forbidden to buy eatables from street vendors.
    11. Student’s behavior reflects the school’s philosophy. They are therefore expected to be well-behaved and courteous at all times, showing sensitivity and respect to one and all.
    12. Punctuality: Getting the students to the school/bus stop on time is the responsibility of the parent. Hence parents need to inculcate the value of punctuality in their child from a very early age.
    13. Students are expected to maintain a high standard in their general behavior and manner of speech. Improper behavior and language will not be accepted.
